New report shows impact of budget reductions on children and young people's service provision

CYPNOW highlights a research report, Serving Deprived Communities in a Recession, undertaken by Joseph Rowntree Foundation that shows the impact of 2010 budget cuts on 25 local authorities' capacity to meet the needs of disadvantaged communities.
