OECD report: Starting Strong III - A Quality Toolbox for Early Childhood Education and Care
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has recently produced a report on Starting Strong III - A Quality Toolbox for Early Childhood Education and Care.
The report recognises the importance of early years education and focuses on quality issues: it aims to define quality and outlines five policy levers that can enhance it in ECEC. It provides policymakers with practical tools such as research briefs, international comparisons, country examples, self-reflection sheets.
The executive summary and table of contents are free to view, but non-subscribers to OECD service will be required to purchase the PDF e-book and/or paper copy.
